Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Kotanical order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll keep you updated by email throughout.

Exchanges If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it immediately. Just email us at team@kotanical.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

A couple of things to note We're unable to accept returns on opened essential oil bottles or used diffusers. Sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged if faulty.

Return shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service for items over $50.
