Shipping Policy

Dispatch
Under normal circumstances, all orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday. Please allow 3 working days before contacting us if you haven't received a dispatch or delivery update.
US Delivery
- Free standard delivery for orders over $35.
- Standard delivery costs $5 for orders under $35
Delivery Attempts
Our courier requires someone to sign for the package, so please use a delivery address where that's possible during working hours, along with a phone number so delivery arrangements can be made if needed.
If the delivery address is unattended when delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a calling card with a contact number. It is your responsibility to arrange a re-delivery time. There is no charge for a second delivery attempt. If delivery is still unsuccessful after a second attempt, an additional delivery charge of $8.00 will apply for further attempts.
Goods must be signed for and received by a person aged 18 or older.
Incorrect Address
If incorrect address details are provided at checkout and the order is shipped, the customer is liable. In some cases our shipping partners may be able to retrieve the order, but this isn't guaranteed. If this happens, we'll try to find a solution, but we cannot replace the order free of charge under these circumstances.
Damaged Goods

Welcome to www.kotanical.com, a website owned and operated by AJ Growth Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our", "Kotanical"). We agree to sell our products to you subject to the terms and conditions set out on this page. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using this website.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access the website or use any of our services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1. Eligibility This website is for use by residents of the United States aged 18 years and over only.

Any use of the contents of this website is prohibited without our express written consent. "Kotanical®" is a trademark registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for essential oils and diffusers, and it and associated logos are trademarks of AJ Growth Ventures LTD (Ireland) and are used by AJ Growth Ventures LLC under license and may not be used without our prior written permission.
3. Purchasing Browse our store and add any items you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After finishing your selection, click "Checkout" and provide the details we need to complete your order. When you click "Purchase," you are making an offer to buy the goods at the prices indicated, including any applicable shipping charges and taxes. All orders are subject to these Terms and to our acceptance.
If your order is accepted, you will be notified by email shortly after you submit it. A confirmation email is not itself acceptance; a binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order.
Persons attempting fraudulent transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
- There is insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered.
- We cannot arrange delivery to your area.
- One or more of the goods ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to an error.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund any sum charged as soon as possible. We are not obliged to offer any additional compensation.
4. Pricing & Taxes All prices for products and shipping are quoted in US dollars (USD). Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the rates and rules of your state and locality, and is added to your order total.
We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display will represent color accurately.
5. Payment You can pay by credit/debit card or Shopify Payments, via Stripe, or via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card through PayPal. All payment processing is handled by our payment partners using industry-standard encryption to minimize the risk of unauthorized access or disclosure.
Your card details are never visible to Kotanical and are not stored on our systems. Please do not send card details to us by email, as email is not a secure method of communication.
AJ Growth Ventures LLC retains title and ownership of goods until full payment has been received and cleared. We reserve the right to decline any order; where this happens, any payment taken will be refunded.
6. Products, Allergies & Advice All products sold by Kotanical contain organic ingredients and a small percentage of non-organic ingredients. They are made in small batches by hand, in compliance with good manufacturing practice and applicable US law. [Confirm US regulatory status of each product category — see note below.]
People with nut allergies or sensitive skin should carry out a simple skin patch test before use to check for a reaction to natural ingredients. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets, and do not ingest. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and statements about them have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration. Please seek professional medical advice for underlying conditions. Information provided on our products, marketing material, and website is not intended to replace medical advice.

If the wrong delivery address is provided by the customer and the order is shipped, the customer is liable. See our Shipping Policy for details.
8. Amendments & Cancellations If you wish to amend or cancel your order after placing it, contact us at **team@kotanical.com** and we'll be happy to help at no extra charge, but only if we receive your instructions before your order has been dispatched. We can confirm whether this is still possible.
9. Damaged Goods & Returns See our [Return Policy](/policies/refund-policy) for how to report damaged goods and how returns, refunds, and exchanges work. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
10. Discount Codes - Multiple discounts cannot be stacked on the same order.
- Discounts cannot be applied to past orders.
- No returns are accepted on sale items purchased using a discount.
- We reserve the right to change or alter the terms of any discount offer at any time.
- Restrictions may apply to item quantities on some offers.
11. Online Store Terms By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are a resident of the United States.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Service, including copyright law. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature. A breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

You understand that your content (excluding payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and may be adapted to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Card information is always encrypted during transfer.

Accuracy of Billing & Account Information We reserve the right to refuse any order and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including where orders use the same account, card, or billing/shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update it as needed so we can complete transactions and contact you.
