Spearmint Essential Oil

Spearmint essential oil is revitalizing and invigorating, promoting increased energy and reduced congestion – both mental and respiratory – and offers a comforting quality.

Sourced from India, spearmint essential oil is a spicier alternative to peppermint. With herbier notes, spearmint is refreshing and invigorating – clearing mental blockages as well as airways when applied topically to the chest or used in a diffuser.

Well-appointed for use in essential oil blends that promote mental clarity and focus, the fresh scent of spearmint livens the senses and clears the mind at any time of day.

An excellent addition to personal care products, spearmint is anti-inflammatory and has a cooling effect on the skin, as well as leaving a long-lasting fresh aroma. This strong aroma is also the reason minty oils are used in household cleaning products, bringing vibrant minty freshness to a room communicating cleanliness while also invigorating the inhabitants.

Spearmint is also used in the unique Kotanical oil blend for the PURE FOCUS and FLOW rollerballs.

HOW TO USE

Diffuse: add 5-10 drops of essential oil – on its own or as part of a blend with other oils – to 100ml water in a Kotanical stone oil diffuser.
Massage: add 1-5 drops of essential oil to 2tsp of carrier oil such as coconut, almond, jojoba, grapeseed or olive oil.
Topical: add 5-10 drops of essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil such as coconut, almond, jojoba, grapeseed or olive oil.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world except America. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we may provide shipping costs if applicable for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use and the destination country, orders that weigh more than 2kg will often be split and sent in two or more packages.

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it, please allow for some delays during peak period / Black Friday due to high volumes.

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will happily refund any unwanted goods returned within 14 days from date of delivery. All unwanted goods must be returned in an unused,unopened and as new condition as sent to you with the original packaging and any free samples/free gifts received along with a completed returns form. Please note all applicable free gifts and samples supplied must also be returned with your order. If not we will make a discretionary deduction to cover our cost for these items. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them less the true cost to us for shipping the item to you. Please note it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us.

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty upon arrival we will happily replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product and we will be able to assist you. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them including the delivery charges for sending the item to you.

We will refund back to the original method of payment charged only (e.g. credit card, debit card, gift voucher).

Uplifts the senses

This has quickly become a favourite of mine. I love diffusing it in the morning to start the day. It's also great to use in massage after a workout, run or walk to help soothe and cool muscles.

Spearmint - Fantastic!
